One word: Eric. He was the best salesman I’ve met in decades. He is enthusiastic, patient and shares his vast knowledge in the most approachable way. The selection of equipment made the choice hard (so many flavors) but it makes it so much easier to zero in on the right e-bike for me and my sister. She found Power ON online and we thank our lucky stars she did. The owners are super pleasant and professional and got us a great price.

I highly recommend Power On for an electric bike. Their customer service was excellent and honesty with warranty was a big plus as well. I was able to ask questions and was given time to think.
