Ride Tucson EBike & Bike Shop

This is the bike shop to use if you need to rent a bike in Tucson. Great selection of bikes. They were able to provide a very nice ebike for my petite friend who is under 5' tall. And the service was amazing - it's a family-owned business. Alejandra and Jerry were so helpful and even repaired my friend's bike (the bike she owns not one of their rental bikes) and helped us figure out how to use her bike rack (yes, we needed a lot of help). We will definitely use this shop again on our next bike trip to Tucson!!

We feel so lucky for our experience with this shop! We were looking for same day e-bike rentals as out-of-towners and I called before the shop opened, yet Alejandra assisted me and got back to me quickly about availability. She was very kind, welcoming and made our rental process super easy from start to finish. She helped us get set up with our seat height, instructions on how to use the bikes, helped bungee our backpacks to the bikes and provided a map and helpful tips - like how to get to a farmer's market happening that day. She even guided us by bike to the loop entrance behind the buildings so we wouldn't get lost. Exceptional customer service and such a fun day with the e-bikes on the Tucson Loop! I highly recommend Ride Tucson for your bike needs!

We loved our expereince at Ride Tucson. My wife and I were hanging out in Tucson for a few days and decided to ride the Loop. We're exploring e-bikes and Alejandra really was helpful and knowledgeable. She was great. Addressed our questions, gave us great feedback on bikes, styles and where to ride around the Loop.
