Great staff and service…I called in to inquire about a rental and ended up having a great conversation with Dani(sp?) and the owner followed up promptly via text to answer more questions to help dial in what i needed…Unfortunately, an injured ankle kept me off the trails this time, but the energy and excitement this shop has for biking is infectious. They were super helpful and accommodating. I’ll definitely be coming back here once I’m healed up. This is exactly the kind of local shop you want to support!

Outstanding customer service!! The girls there know their stuff! Put their heart and soul into it to make sure your bike is back on the road and mountains!! Wow! Love this place. Super cool & friendly. We live outside the city, 30 minutes away .. but it is 💯 worth the drive into SLC to skip the more corporate places and experience this bike shop. I promise, you will not regret choosing this place. Even the way the front of the store looks is so full of personality. The pricing and service is better too. Can't think of anything i dont like about it. Rentals are killer and the new bike inventory is awesome too.
