Omar is a master technician tuning up bicycles. Just as you have a tailor custom fit a suit off the rack before you wear it, Omar will make your factory delivered bike feel as if it were custom fitted to your specs. Omar listened to the gripes about my bike and made precision adjustments that really made a huge difference. Because service is so great they do get busy, so I recommend calling to check in before bringing your bike. They also rent bikes and get busy during the holidays, so it's best to plan ahead to avoid those busy times.

Great shop! I called about finding a bike in my size and spoke with Rayna, who helped me pick out some options over the phone. When I came in to take a look, she was incredibly helpful, adjusted everything to my liking for a test ride, and communicated everything very clearly. Not only did I get a sweet bike in record time, she even stayed late to add on a stem extender for me. Everyone else was friendly and talkative, it felt like they all really enjoyed their jobs, and they made me feel very welcome. This will be my new go-to bike shop in San Diego, 10/10!

We rented a 7 speed hybrid bike and an electric bike for the day. The bikes were ready, everything worked. We rode around the water front, took the ferry over to Coronado Island, rode around the island, enjoyed the beaches, had lunch, took the 4:30 ferry back. We had a great time. We started to ride around to the South end of the island but road construction had us going over a bridge without a bike lane. I'm a coward when it comes to riding bikes with cars on busy roads.
