The friendly folks at Sellwood Cycle Repair helped me out last month with some major upgrades to my adventure bike. Erik, Brenna & Patrick & Joel got me upgraded to hydraulic seamlessly and it didn’t break the bank. It rides like a new now! I normally do a lot of my own wrenching but for the times I don’t, it’s nice to know I can drop it off at Sellwood and the work will get done well and on time.

This shop is my go to for quick service requests to seasonal repairs. The entire team cares about doing the job right and getting as many people on bikes as possible. Shout out to the entire team!

5 Stars: Outstanding Local Expertise and Service! I am so happy to be able to support this local treasure in my neighborhood! Joel at Sellwood Cycle Repair has been absolutely amazing, especially in helping me navigate Portland's new Ebike Grant program (which I received through Portland Community College where I am a student). I picked out an awesome Kona HD, and they loaded it with everything, including a bell. They're also helping me put together a great safety starter kit (lock, lights, and helmet) using funds from an accompanying grant! We are midway through the transaction, but based on everything I have seen so far—the excellent service, expertise, and dedication—I am confident they already deserve this 5-star review and I will make sure to update any more extraordinary service I receive as we conclude the transaction!
