The best bike shop experience I've had. Customer service is second to none. Shop can tackle any maintenance/repair quickly and affordably. Huge selection of bikes, recumbent and traditional trikes for all ages and skill sets. They even had used bikes when I was there.

I had an overhaul recently , shortly after had a few spokes break and grinding that worsened with pedaling. I was in the front waiting for an employee and heard some commotion in the back. I interrupted two males (one being David) touching each other. It was really uncomfortable and both reacted as if I interrupted. David assisted me but would ignore my concern with the grinding issue when peddling. He insisted it was the rear derailleurs. I once again mentioned it has to be the bearings or hub if they could check. He ignored me. I was looking around after he took my back and ran into Troy who was friendly the first time. I said hi twice as I walked in front of him and I was ignored. I forgot to bring my key for the security skewers and it didn’t cross my mine until they called for the security key a day later. I dropped them off immediately after they requested. I noticed after picking my bike the stripped the heck out of my skewers trying loosen without the key. The spokes were replaced but wheel truing i obviously off. The grinding is still there even though they assured me it was addressed. My chain look lubed, so much for the proper work. A lot has changed here and coming from another horrible shop, I thought my bike was in good hands. This is where I purchased my bike too. David needs an overhaul to his professionalism and customer service. Please leave touchy play outside of work. Don’t come here, trust me.
