The BELT Hub - West Midtown

What a great experience, the owners took so much time explaining to us the bell line and some different options for our journey. We had a great time and it’s thanks to the kindness and the time taken by the owners to get us out and on our way with a comprehensive plan for our day it was a great Valentine’s Day and exactly what we were looking for if you’re looking for an experience with electric bikes this is definitely one that you’ll see quite a few things that are interesting on your journey plenty of places to eat and stop to enjoy the sites.

So relieved to find a shop in this part of town. Monte, the owner, was super helpful and fixed my brakes while i waited. He let me know about a recall on my battery I didn't know about :( I plan to upgrade in a few months and will definitely make my purchase from Belt Hub midtown. He's got some really nice bikes and is super knowledgeable.. great price.

I’m so glad my husband found this company! I was skeptical about getting an e-bike and now I can’t wait to hit the road and trails. All the staff at both locations are super great. I love how it’s a family business and you can tell folks love what they do. They made sure I understood all the things about my bike prior to buying it. What I appreciated a lot was after I picked up my bike at the west midtown location, they helped me register my bike with Velotric, so I could receive the Blk Friday freebies. Then they helped me put on the freebies at the ponce location (pictured). We will definitely be back for all our bike needs. If you see me and Buzzena Lightyear (my bikes name) outside, give us a wave!
