10 stars. I started coming to this shop in 2011 and have never looked back. If you love bikes or are interested in bikes and want a reliable ride, start at the Bicycle Business. I come here first for new purchases and they get 100% of my repair/maintenance business. Their bicycle repair and maintenence service is top notch, their accessories are high quality and cool, they sell awesome bikes, and they are funny and personable. Full package.

As a amateur cyclist, I am very grateful for their patience and informative serviced. I came for a simple tire replacement, get some information for basic tune up, and look at some road bike for future purchase. Adrain was super helpful and was able to answered all my questions and needs. I end up getting two new road tires and gained lots of knowledge about bicycle, bicycle accessories, and ect. Will definitely go back for future bike needs. Highly recommend this bike shop for your bike needs.

Excellent and friendly service. I just moved here so I'm shopping for a lock. Today the counter staff was super helpful and tried to problem solve with me to find a lock that fits my small bike frame. I'll be back here for all my needs.
