The Bike Center Santa Monica

When I start reviewing places that have left an impression on me I tend to write novels. So here goes! Tristan, Ryan and the rest of the team are simply incredible. They love and know bikes, are cheerful and happy to help. I only go there when I have to do anything bike related. And that says a lot because I live in Burbank.

Great service all around. Great customer service: fast and friendly (not snobby like many bike shops can be, unfortunately.) mechanical service was great: everything is tuned up and working great. Even cleaned up the bike. Had it riding and looking like new! I was really really glad to have had the experience!

I came across this place looking for a repair shop near me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Ryan was amazing and was able to fix 2 of my e bikes with different issues within a couple of hours of drop off. Other shops were going to make me wait at least a week just to look at them. I will definitely be going back for any issues that come up.
