***First time buying a bike*** Took an Uber there today. Told the owner, Aaron, that I wanted to ride home on a bike. He was very patient with the millions of questions, let me test a few, and got me out the door on an awesome new bike. On top of that, he is a super cool dude who will take care of you. I just got home and immediately made this review. I am so thankful for the time he took to get me set up today. Had a wonderful ride home and looking forward to future adventures.

I have taken my hybrid bike here for a couple of tune ups. Aaron is an easygoing and knowledgeable mechanic. He answered all of my questions and was clear on the phone about the costs of my repairs and the options for the replacement parts. I ride daily and am hard on my relatively cheap bike, and it felt better than new after he worked on it! The total price was a little higher than I would've liked, but it's Freret St and I have zero complaints about the quality of service (and I chose to upgrade a couple parts). In my experience it's been a very fast turnaround time, which I appreciate as a commuter. Definitely isn't one of those pretentious bike shops that only caters to lycra'd out cycling bros with thousands to spend. Thank you!
