Since then, my bike started making squeaky noises.i went a bike shop on 12th, but they did not repair ebike and recommended this shop. The guy here fixed it quickly for free. Very cool guy. To show appreation, I paid him $10.
We took our grandson’s e-scooter to The Electric Bike Shop to seat the back tire. We had a new tire on the e-scooter that was not properly seated. The Electric Bike Shop owner was upfront about the time as they are a very busy shop. So we clearly understood how long it would take before work started and he also informed us of the actual time it would take once work began. I am impressed with this business as these guys know e-scooters. When work began Randall immediately called and told us that the reason why the previous folks could not “seat the bead” (I hope that’s the right wording) is because the tire was the wrong size. Randall gave me the right size to buy. After getting additional clarification from Randall. Major kudos to Randall. I purchased the tire and took it to the shop when we received it the next week on a Monday. They installed the tire on Tuesday and we picked it up on Wednesday. They also gave us valuable information about the tire and future tire replacement. I won’t mention the advice here, you’ll have to take your e-scooter to their shop and find out for yourself😊. But, I will tell you that this business is phenomenal! I highly recommend this business as they are ethical and have integrity. There was an issue that came up and it was quickly resolved. They have outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this business as they actually know e-scooters and have the proper tools to work on them. If you want the same day service that may be a problem depending on how busy they are and the fact that they are busy suggests that their customers know how good they are. Again kudos to Randall for a job well done.
Let me start by saying, they do great work. I have not a single bad thing to say about their quality of work. Also they are very reasonably priced for what the services they provided. Heres why it's not a 5 star review, it took 5 months to get my bike repaired. Part of that was getting things shipped from overseas and trying to get a hold of the bike manufacturer. When I dropped the bike off (mid July) they said it would take 2 weeks before they could even look at it...reasonable given that it was summertime, but when I called 5-6 weeks later they hadn't gotten to it yet. I called to check in about once a month and they did call me a couple times, but they would give me a timeline on something and every time it was off by a couple weeks with no update. I would use their services again, but communication could be improved. They're extremely busy for a reason, just be patient.
