The New Wheel Electric Bikes

I’ve gone to the New Wheel service center in SF for repairs. They did an excellent job patching both me and my bike up after a minor accident. (Lol) They had bandaids handy and they were able to quickly get a quote for repairs. Folks were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I decided to start looking for a bike that better meets my needs I scheduled a test ride at the Oakland store. They suggested bikes I hadn’t really considered. It was the opposite of an up-sell; Robert pointed out several less expensive options that could potentially work for me. I never felt rushed, just offered information and given options. I knew I wanted to get my next bike at New Wheel. Everyone I’ve met there has been genuinely passionate about cycling. Everyone has been approachable and kind. It’s been a few years since I first dropped into the repair center for help with a flat. I’m super excited to upgrade my ride, knowing these folks will keep me rolling for years to come.

Since I bought a e-bike from the New Wheel I have been nothing but happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at the The New Wheel. Kansas, Jacob, Robert, and Elan at the Leimert Ave shop are super knowledgable, patient, and kind. Ditto with the service center staff in SF. I can't recommend this shop enough if you are considering buying an e-bike.

Fantastic experience at The New Wheel Electric Bikes in Oakland! The owners and staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and Kansas did a great job walking me through the bike setup and answering all my questions. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back for future bikes!
