Spoke with David who after a consultation had me sold on creating a custom bike. The end result was amazing. They spent a bunch of time with me really getting the details dialed in. Not only amazing service but David is an artist. Highly recommend checking them out.
Got a flat in Oakland but luckily The Towne Cycles was nearby so I popped in to see if I could use an air pump. David—the owner and head technician—immediately greeted us and asked how he could help. He lent us the pump and even adjusted my handlebars and seat for free! Keep in mind he did this all while having his baby strapped to his chest. I will definitely come again in the future when I need bike service.
