Meredith and the other person were friendly and knowledgeable. I was lucky at that moment I didn't have to wait long for a flat tire change and could continue my way biking. Will come back if I get another flat tire.

Went into Velo today and was pleasantly surprised! Cute little shop, tucked into a cozy and accessible location. Meredith behind the desk was exceptional help and very kind as well as her peer who helped me out, despite them being SWAMPED. I’ll definitely be bringing my business back here again!
