Was in MKE for the day from Chicago and got a flat right as I was about to head out on a ride on the Oak Leaf Trail...and had left my flat kit back home! So I popped into the shop and they were able to get it taken care of for me right away. I ended up getting a pair of new tires as well - the mechanic gave a great endorsement on some Maxxis Ramblers that just happened to be on clearance and put them on super fast, and also adjusted my back brake while he was at it. Great, fast, friendly service and I was really appreciative they could help me out so that I could still do my ride that day. Also, I had a bit of surprise when it came time to check out (my own fault as I assumed the tire price tag was per set, not per tire) and the person who rung me up discounted the labor a bit which was not necessary but was a really nice gesture. Cool space, nice to sit and wait for your bike in with a cafe and lounge area, plus a lovely patio. Would go back next time I'm in town!

Cool location that is a little tucked away. Large selection mostly of trek bikes. Some used bikes as well. Friendly staff were great and very knowledgeable about the bikes and made suggestions to us.

I recently had my BMC Roadmachine serviced, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team did an incredible job, taking care of everything from adjustments to a full tune-up. They replaced and installed new tires (Vittoria Corsa N.EXT), refreshed the tubeless sealant, and gave my bike a thorough wash and lubrication. I also had the handlebars re-taped with Lizard Skins DSP, which looks and feels amazing. The bike now shifts smoothly, the brakes feel responsive, and the wheels are perfectly true. It's like riding a brand-new bike again! I also appreciate the attention to detail with adjustments to the bottom bracket, front and rear derailleurs, and both hubs. The entire service was well worth it, and I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing quality bike maintenance. Thanks again for making my bike ride like new!
